I want to help!!!
I want to help!!!
I want to help!!!

I propose a government that authentically represents the full spectrum of West Virginia residents, encompassing the young, the old, the working class, and all social and economic backgrounds—moving decisively beyond the influence of established wealth and status quo thinking to reflect the diverse reality of everyone who lives here.

Campaign for a Stronger West Virginia: Liberty, Opportunity, and Accountable Government
Our Integrated Vision: From Fayetteville's Neighborhoods to Systemic State Reform
This campaign is driven by a comprehensive commitment to enhance the economic opportunity, community stability, and quality of life for all West Virginians. We are tackling the core challenges that burden our families by connecting local needs to transformative, statewide legislative efforts.
1. Pillar of Accountability: Reducing Corruption and Increasing Transparency
We must restore faith in our government by demanding the highest standards of ethics and transparency from our leaders and institutions, rooting out corruption from state agencies to local government and police departments.
Anti-Corruption Measures: Push for legislation that strengthens oversight, enhances penalties for misconduct, and creates independent bodies to investigate public service corruption.
Government Transparency: Mandate proactive and accessible disclosure of public funds, contracts, and decision-making processes.
Police Accountability: Implement measures for clear standards of conduct, greater civilian oversight, and modern data practices to build community trust.
2. Restoring Local Stability: Short-Term Rental Accountability in Fayetteville
The unrestricted growth of short-term rentals (STRs) is eroding our community's residential character. Our campaign is dedicated to protecting our neighborhoods and ensuring housing remains available and affordable for the families who call this town home.
We advocate for immediate, responsible local measures:
Density Cap: Placing limits on the commercialization of residential zones.
Primary Residence Requirement: Ensuring properties are occupied by residents, not just investors.
Zoning Buffers: Mitigating traffic and noise to preserve the peace of our neighborhoods.
3. Lowering the Cost of Living & Accessing Benefits: Utility Relief and Citizen Advocacy
We are committed to easing the financial burden on West Virginians, both through reducing costs and ensuring access to essential aid.
The West Virginia Public Utility Cost Reduction Act: Designed to deliver immediate financial relief by restricting unjustified rate increases and leveraging diversified funding (Energy Severance Tax Restructuring, State-Owned Asset Monetization) to secure the $5.2 billion per year needed to invest in and modernize critical infrastructure.
Streamlining State Benefits Access: Addressing the systemic issue of citizens being unfairly turned away. We will champion reforms that simplify application processes, increase public outreach, and mandate clear standards of service to ensure every eligible West Virginian receives the benefits they are entitled to.
4. Investing in Our Future: The West Virginia Child Welfare and Education Reform Act
A strong state is built on the foundation of its children and its schools. The West Virginia Child Welfare and Education Reform Act seeks to fundamentally improve outcomes by reforming the systems designed to protect and educate our youth.
Reform Child Welfare: Enhance oversight, improve placement stability, and increase resources for social workers and foster care families.
Strengthen Education: Introduce targeted reforms to improve educational access, quality, and support for all students across the state.

Advocating for the West Virginia Child Welfare and Education Reform Act, a proposed law I will champion if elected, is a foundational step in my education goals. Beyond this crucial legislation, I am dedicated to exploring and implementing all necessary means to fundamentally improve education across the entire state.
